Package & Individual Wraps
This is what the package looks like.
You can find it easily in the snack aisle of Japanese supermarkets.

Each individual pack contains two rice crackers.
First of all, the appearance is very interesting!
While most rice crackers are typically round, this one is shaped like a banana 🍌 or a half-moon🌛

Ingredients & Other Information
You can check the ingredients, allergen information, and other details on the back of the package.
| Main Ingredients | Non-glutinous rice, vegetable oil, starch, soy sauce, sugar, green laver, etc. |
| Allergy Information | wheat, soybeans |

Flavor & Texture
The flavor, the best part is undoubtedly the aroma of the green laver (aonori).
The moment you take a bite, the rich scent of the seaweed spreads, and it pairs perfectly with the sweet-and-savory soy sauce glaze! ☺️

The texture is completely different from “Magari Senbei“.
While Magari Senbei was crispy and thin, Bakauke is characterized by its light and airy crunch.
The half-moon shape is also a big plus, as it fits perfectly in your mouth.

Size
For those curious about the size, here it is compared with a ruler. Each cracker is about 10 cm wide.
